About Euge
I have a bachelor's degree in percussion performance under the direction of renowned Jazz drummer John David. I am currently pursuing a Masters in Musicology with a thesis in Latin Percussion. I can play anything from classical to marching to Latin Percussion. I also play chinese percussion.

My teaching approach is based on establishing fundamentals. Rudiments and ergonomic playing are foundations which will transfer across other percussion instruments. I believe that a player with good foundations has the ability to play anything at a high level. I think it is really important to give the student more than one shot when you are listening to something, and it is important for the student to hear me play, as well.
