About Giusi
As a classically trained violinist with a strong foundation from the Conservatory in Italy, I have honed my skills through years of disciplined study and performance. However, my musical journey doesn't stop there—over the years, I have also developed expertise in a wide range of styles, from classical and contemporary to Cabo-Verdean jazz, folk, fado and beyond. This versatility enables me to approach violin teaching from a well-rounded perspective, offering a rich, diverse learning experience. In my lessons, I combine the precision of classical technique with an open-minded approach to various musical genres. Whether you're a classical purist or looking to explore other styles, I bring a comprehensive understanding of violin playing that can be adapted to meet your specific interests and goals. My background as a versatile musician allows me to offer insights not only into the technical side of violin playing but also into musicality, improvisation, and the nuances of interpreting different musical traditions.
