About Xavier
I am a recent graduate from the University of Birmingham and offer holder to study a Postgraduate Masters degree in Economic History at London School of Economics. Aside from interning at the UN, I have been studying my entire life and am comfortable explaining any topic related to English, Humanities and the Spanish language. I am a very hard worker and passionate about adapting my explanations to suit the needs to whom I tutor. Please contact me if you need anything and I will prepare before the class.

I teach to suit the personalised needs of the student, utilising a positive reinforcement methodology. I focus on identifying the specific issue the student is struggling with and use enquiry methods to strengthen critical thinking on the problem, providing explanations when necessary. Lesson length can vary and is tailorable to the wishes of the student, not exceeding 2 hours. I have experience in tutoring my peers and family informally regarding essay writing, Spanish and English as a foreign language. My degree consisted of a Year Abroad in Ecuador where I studied and was assessed completely in Spanish. My lessons are aimed at essay writing up to A-Level, and Spanish as a foreign language for anyone interested in learning or practising what they know.
