The Danish concept of "hygge" is difficult, if not impossible to translate, but it is usually associated with cocooning or shared well-being. According to some, hygiene is one of the reasons why the Danes are the happiest people on the planet, despite the long dark winters they have to endure. A pedagogue with Scandinavian living knowledge "the art of hygiene", come and discover the recipes of Danish happiness to find / keep morale in any situation. During the lessons, I will give you the secrets of the hygge (advice, recipes, relaxation, activities, notions, culture ..) The courses adapt to the student's project. Lesson of 50 minutes.
