I use the coaching methodology to help you achieve your goals and improve the use of the language: 1) In the first session we talk about the objectives and / or goals, we define them and we draw up an action plan 2) In the following sessions we review step by step that action plan and analyzing what actions, emotions or thoughts prevent us from reaching our goals. There is a process of self-knowledge 3) We are also addressing the emotional management necessary to be able to reach the goals.
