About Yassin
My name is Yassin, I have been doing weight lifting for around 4 years, but not consistently, as I faced many injuries due to dumb decisions during my journey, however, during my injury period I learnt a lot about bodybuilding, nutrition science and injury prevention. I’m not the biggest in terms of size but I’ve made mistakes so you don’t have to, and I’m sure I’ll be able to add value to your fitness journey
