About Douglas
I am a Wesleyan University graduate and private online tutor since 1998, specializing in College Essay Coaching, Essay Writing (reference below), Editing, and Proofreading (all levels, no citations). For six years, I taught writing at an afterschool tutoring center, helping students build confidence and foundational skills. In my English tutoring, I draw on extensive editorial experience — from novels and graduate-level research papers to news stories broadcast on commercial radio and television.
