About Abigail
I love to take inspiration from what the kids like outside of school and apply it to the math so the children can understand. For example, I played basketball for 8-10 years, if I wanted to understand addition more, I would use basketball as the example. I like to see kids step out of their comfort zone to grow and gain a good grade.

I try to teach kids in the simplest way for them to learn. I don't usually have a lesson plan, I just help out and break down the math question for the student to understand. If it is a topic that I have forgotten to do myself, I will revisit review questions to gain that knowledge back (takes 5 minutes). I want to tutor kindergarten up to high school algebra 2.
