I have seen the work she puts into making her lesson plans, and she makes all of her own materials. She combines a hands on approach which involves a lot conversation and practicing what is covered in the lessons. She takes interest in her students and tries to create lessons that all of her students can grasp, and works very hard and holds her students to a high standard.
