About Kelsey
I have always enjoyed helping others learn and understand new concepts. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology, a specialization in Microbiology, an Emergency Teaching Permit, and substitute teaching experience, I bring both academic knowledge and classroom experience to every lesson. I understand that every student learns differently, so I take the time to find approaches that work best for each individual. With a Bachelor’s degree in Biology with a specialization in Microbiology from Delaware Valley University, an Emergency Teaching Permit, and substitute teaching experience, I understand how to make complex concepts easier to understand. I focus on building confidence, strengthening study habits, and helping students master material through clear explanations, guided practice, and real-world examples. I tutor middle school, high school, and college-level students in biology and related science subjects, creating a supportive environment where questions are encouraged and learning becomes enjoyable.
