About Penny
I am a music student that is currently studying in Leeds. I have played the piano for 10 years and the violin and flute for 6. I learned to read music at a very young age before I played an instrument so I understand how young people learn music and music theory best.

I teach beginners to grade 5 music theory level. I start with teaching the basic theory and methods of questions and then branch out to examples in actual music to contextualise what you're learning. Then I encourage persistent practice with the aid of practice questions or flashcards... whatever works for the student.
