About Liam
I am a junior at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts, pursuing a B.S. in Business Administration and Communication Studies with a concentration in Management and a minor in Theatre. I currently have a 3.97 GPA out of 4.0, and have consistently made the Dean's List. I spent the last year as a co-op in my university's College of Engineering Academic Advising Office. I took many phone calls, and ran the front desk often, giving me experience interacting with parents and students on academic issues. Upon graduating high school, I received an award for excellence from my school's English department, and the Connecticut Outstanding Arts Award for excellence in the visual and performing arts, scholarship, and leadership. I graduated high school with a 4.8 GPA on a 5.0 scale. I have a year of experience tutoring middle school students in Spanish and Math during my senior year in high school. Before that, I was a teaching assistant and student crew member for a community theatre in my hometown of Ridgefield, Connecticut. This gave me a lot of experience working 1:1 with elementary and middle school students from helping them learn lines, developing confidence on stage, and understanding character motivations.

I listen to your needs and adapt to your style as we get to know each other. I am open to feedback at any stage of the process, and I am comfortable catering to a variety of different learning styles.
I am a big fan of creating study guides and I will help you learn how to best do that. My recommended study habits will be based on how you like to learn. I will be pulling from new methods rooted in the science of learning that are more efficient and more fun then re-reading, highlighting, memorization, or massed practice the night before a test.
