About Evelyn
Hey there! My name is Evelyn and I am currently a college sophomore. When I graduated high school two years ago, I was an AP scholar, scoring a 5 on my AP English exam. I also scored highly on my SAT, especially in the reading and writing sections.
Following high school, I went to community college where I completed my associates a year early and was awarded with the Dean’s list. I am now working towards finishing my bachelors and am projected to graduate in the next year.

I will work according to what you’re comfortable with, live webcam sessions or asynchronous lessons where I will write notes and answers to your questions.
Live session: I will answer any immediate questions you have regarding reading and writing assignments. Then we will take a look into the material in question, taking care to explore the hidden meaning inside passages of books, essays, short stories, etc. I will also read through essays and offer advice on how to improve clarity and cohesiveness, no matter the type of essay.
Asynchronous: I will answer any immediate questions you have, read through essays, check reading passage work, and offer advice on strategies when writing or test taking. I will also read through essays and offer advice on how to improve clarity and cohesiveness, no matter the type of essay. These lessons will be sent through text and/or pdf format.
As I am a college student that graduated high school with a 5 on my AP English exam and scored high on my SAT, I have recent knowledge about what schools and tests are looking for.
