I have 6 years of varsity color guard training as well as experience coaching movement and equipment for guard as well. Additionally, I have years of being an assistant dance instructor, lead instructor, and studio owner and strive to meet everyone’s unique needs.

I begin each session with a warm up and stretch custom to your skill level and needs. Beginner and intermediate levels will gain the most out of my lessons but I am available to coach and analyze advanced levels as well.
