About Kelly
I served in the US Air Force as an Air Traffic Radar Controller where I controlled arriving and departing traffic over an air base and international airport in the northern United States. I also worked in my squadron as an Airspace Coordinator for the largest CONUS military operations area. I have since become an instrument-rated Commercial Helicopter Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor (CFII). I enjoy instrument flying and procedures because it combines my worlds of ATC and being a pilot but the view while flying VFR is hard to beat. I would love to help others discover the same passion I have for aviation and become confident in their aviation knowledge!
