About Robert
I have a degree in English literature augmented by a refined interest in British and American poetry. My career was in the financial services industry where one would not think English literature would pertain. However, with the onslaught of digital communications often requiring short but creative messages getting ‘poetically’ to the point, my approach differed from most but brought me loyal and lifelong clients from around the country. It also brought a good deal of monetary success. Much of my work was via telephone where the same language craft was used, though always ‘on the fly’. This made precision and word placement even more important. I will also note, some knowledge of English language origins can also help when searching for the perfect word. We can go there and Explore some of the French, Greek, Latin, Germanic and other roots of the English language.
