I work as a Business Associate Apprentice at Unilever in the Research and Development Communications Team. Some of my responsibilities include helping to bring the outside-in, through daily news cuttings and supporting the team in broader communications and engagement delivery, such as managing our newsletter.

My teaching method is virtual face to face learning. I think it is important to practise and I will encourage my tutee to use repetition when learning new topics. In my opinion this is a quick method of learning new information. However, I will speak with my mentee prior to see how they would describe their learning style and then come up with a plan based on this.
