About Faith
I am a sophomore college student studying at Washington University in St. Louis who has worked with students for years. I was a Pre-calculus tutor for a summer and a Sunday School teacher to Pre-school/Kindergarten students for a year. I have have served as a mentor to younger children in my community, and I am passionate about creating spaces for students to grow academically and express

My teaching method is listen and respond. I always begin with asking what the student prefers (in terms of their learning style, what they respond to, what material they would like to jump into first), and then I adjust based on that. I do not think it is helpful to have a rigid approach. Every student is different, so my approach varies on the student! That said, I am big on positive reinforcement!
