About Serife
I am very passionate about Maths, Statistics and its application into different fields. Therefore, I enjoy teaching and helping others achieve an understanding in different topics related to these subjects. I completed my BSc in Mathematics, Statistics and Computing with First Class Honours. I also completed my Masters in Applied Maths with Distinction. I also strive to help students achieve their highest potential in these subjects.

I have been a private tutor since 2021 in Maths, Statistics, MATLAB, R, VBA and SPSS. Before that I have been a study buddy during university for over 4 years in Maths, Statistics and MATLAB. I have had over 20 students most of which needed to complete their dissertations using statistical tests and software such as SPSS. I teach online using Zoom which seems to be the easiest method for all my students which range from first year UG to PhD level. A typical lesson with me lasts for an hour each week. I also make sure students go through examples and implementation with me so they can remember what we have done in class.
