About Yash
Frankly I had become yoga teacher last year, but I run my classes at my residence and city including couples, children, teenagers, adults, elderly. However, I will give my 110% while teaching with authentic in detail form. Even I am excited to start teaching yoga offline or online both.

My teaching of yoga is quite different with some few steps to follow like:-

- pranayama
- meditation
- breathing techniques
- sun salutation
- asanas (techniques, benefits, disadvantage, etc.)
- In between the yoga session, I personally supervise you that you do properly, however, not only this but I will sure you will be comfortable throughout journey of yoga class.

Weekday Sessions: Rs. 2125 (includes Rs. 425 morning 1 hour and evening 1 hour batch)
Weekend Sessions: Rs. 1300 (includes Rs. 650 morning 1 hour and evening 1 hour batch)
Summer Break Sessions for Kids (age 7 to 17)
For age 7 till age 10: Rs. 200 per class
For age 10 till age 17: Rs. 40 per class
