About Jess

I'm a 19-year-old who graduated high school last year and am currently pursuing my passion for physiotherapy at university. When I'm not reading the books, you'll often find me at the beach, enjoying the sun, sand, and surf, or at the gym, where I stay active and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

One of my greatest joys in life is helping people and teaching them. I'm not only a dedicated university student but also a disability support worker, where I have the privilege of making a positive impact on the lives of those I assist.

In everything I do, from my studies to my work and my love for the outdoors and fitness, my goal is to contribute to the well-being and empowerment of others.
