Hello to the reader , I am Floria Fernandes an English graduate from Mumbai .I have completed by yoga certification from the yoga institute and have a 2 year teaching experience .During lockdown the isolation and boredom had completely made me hopeless , I started yoga as a means to pass time but ended up falling in love with yoga.
