I'm currently offering Evening IT literacy course for individuals working in an office, students or common computer users. This programme is perfect for you if you believe that you have a barrier of working confidently with computers, Internet and MS Office Applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Routing and Switching is a certification program for entry-level network engineers that helps maximize your investment in foundational networking knowledge and increase the value of your employer’s network.
In order to gain the skills needed to become Cisco CCNA Routing and Switching certified candidates must demonstrate the skills required to take the exams 100-105 (ICND1) and 200-105 (ICND2). The recommended training needed to gain these skills are covered on the courses below.
CCNA Routing and Switching is for Network Specialists, Network Administrators, and Network Support Engineers with 1-3 years of experience. The CCNA Routing and Switching validates the ability to install, configure, operate, and troubleshoot medium-size routed and switched networks.
Topics covered on the CCNA exam include the following topics;
• LAN and WAN design (including the OSI model)
• IP addressing
• Routers and routing protocols (including OSPF, EIGRP and RIP)
• VLAN (virtual LAN) and WLAN (wireless LAN)
• Network security and Management (including ACLs)
