About Ritika
My passion for programming began with curiosity about how software, apps, and digital systems function. Over nine years, I have honed my expertise in multiple programming languages and frameworks while developing a teaching methodology that blends technical mastery with creative problem-solving. Teaching allows me to inspire students to translate curiosity into practical skills and confident action. I teach with patience, adaptability, and encouragement, recognising that each student learns differently. Lessons combine structured exercises, hands-on projects, and creative exploration to ensure learners gain understanding, confidence, and independence. Mistakes are reframed as valuable learning opportunities to foster resilience. Outside the classroom, I continue to work on coding projects, explore emerging technologies, and refine my teaching strategies. Programming is not just a career—it is a tool to empower students to innovate, create, and navigate the digital world with skill and confidence.

Programming is a skill that combines creativity, logical reasoning, and analytical problem-solving. In my lessons, I focus on helping students understand the principles behind code, encouraging them to experiment, explore, and approach challenges independently. I create a supportive environment where questions are encouraged, mistakes are viewed as opportunities, and projects are designed to reinforce both understanding and confidence. Lessons combine conceptual explanations with practical exercises, ensuring students develop both technical proficiency and problem-solving abilities. Beginners are introduced to variables, loops, conditionals, functions, and basic algorithms. Intermediate learners expand into object-oriented programming, debugging, project-based applications, and algorithm design. Advanced students explore data structures, software optimisation, software design principles, and real-world programming projects. Lessons also integrate guidance for school assignments, competitions, and portfolio development, bridging the gap between theory and practical application. Programming empowers students to develop logical thinking, resilience, and independent problem-solving skills. Learners gain confidence in their ability to approach complex challenges and create functional solutions. My goal is for students to leave lessons equipped with technical proficiency, creativity, and the capacity to apply programming skills effectively in both academic and real-world contexts.
