About Reza
I'm a Computer Science graduate student at the University of Alberta, currently completing an M.Sc. in reinforcement learning and program synthesis, with a B.Sc. in Computer Engineering built on a strong academic record. Beyond my own research, which has led to published work, I've worked as a university teaching assistant, leading lab sessions, grading, and supporting students directly, so tutoring builds on real classroom experience, not just subject knowledge. I also bring industry experience applying math, statistics, and programming to real projects. I care about being reliable and easy to work with: showing up prepared, communicating clearly, and staying consistent from lesson to lesson.

I'm a Computer Science graduate student and university teaching assistant, with a strong foundation in mathematics, statistics, and algorithms built through both my engineering degree and ongoing research. Each lesson starts with a few questions to find exactly where understanding breaks down, moves into a clear explanation with concrete examples, and finishes with practice problems we work through together so you leave able to do it on your own. I teach students from high school through university level, including introductory computer science and algorithms courses, adjusting pace and depth to where you're actually starting from rather than where a textbook assumes you are.
