My name is Alexandre, I'm 24 years old and I live in the small town of Vendin-le-vieux. I am a Level 2 IT Technician in a digital signage company. I have a level BAC +3 in network security that I had in 2016 at the University of Calais.

Everyday I meet people for whom the information technology is far from their job, I help them on the phone and sometimes physically in order to solve all kinds of incidents on different media and environments, so I must show empathy and pedagogy to help them in the best.
I mainly base my pedagogy on listening and questioning to know which direction to lead, then I make a point with the student to know the skills he would like to work.
Then i direct my course in the direction desired by the student by adapting to his understanding.
