About ZORAIDA
Hi! My name is Zoraida, I started yoga and meditation in Thailand 3 years ago. It took a turn in my life and many things began to change, such as the way I reacted or how I took situations or problems. So I decided to become a teacher and I got certified as a teacher in Rishikesh India, and I am currently also studying a master's degree in mindfulness (meditation) at the University of Zaragoza (Spain) for 2 years.

I really like the flow, when I have to teach a class I normally prefer to feel that the energy flows and to follow that, even if sometimes I prepare my class and I may change it according to the energy of the group o the person. So I teach Yin, Vinyasa and Hatha or a mix of all of them.
In Meditation I do follow a Technic, because it depends of what is the person's need.
