About Holly
On my first day of University as a music student, a lecturer told the class 'most of you here will not end up working in the music industry'. This statement shocked me, but there was a truth to it. I released my first EP in 2011. The songs sounded great, the shows went great, I did some great interviews and was reviewed favourably.
And then... crickets. I didn't know what to do next.
It wasn't until I got a residency in Japan, playing music 6 nights a week that I realised there are many options available in the realm of a music career.
I'm not here to teach you how to get famous because if there were a secret formula, we'd all be famous! Whether you're a part time musician, student or hobbyist - we can all agree that music is much more than a 9-5 job.
What I AM here to do, is inspire you on your path to a sustainable career and to encourage you to go in the direction that is fulfilling for your life.
Whether you're working on a specific project, preparing for an upcoming performance, haven't touched a piano in 10 years or just want to have fun - I'm here to help you reach your goals.
