About Ngozi
I am a chef, I run a restaurant and catering services. I organize classes for my clients who need special meals considering their health conditions and also teach how to prepare certain dishes. I plan meals for my clients who want to reduce their weight or add weight.

My teaching method is online and offline. It involves more of practicals than theory...I always want to make sure that my clients are doing what I taught them. It gives me joy when I see them achieve their desired results, e.g., when my fat clients start losing weight and get a better body shape.
