About Joyce
I possess over sixteen (16) years retail, commercial, corporate and individual banking experience and over three (3) years Microfinance banking experience.
I have been involved in professional trainings for over six (6) years.
Through the years i have witnessed great transformation in my students professionally and otherwise. Most of my former students advanced their career while others changed theirs to suit what they love doing. This I achieved through my career coaching advise.

My teaching method is the interactive/participative method. Here i introduce myself and allow participants do likewise. This creates that friendly and free environment needed for an interactive and a participatory class.
The above is followed by the introduction of the topic, then my presentation which i punctuate at intervals with contributions from my participants.
I also make sure classes are not so boring by introducing activities and a little bit of story telling of individuals in similar situations as what we are discussing and how they surmounted their challenges. And believe me I have bucketful of such challenging ,motivating and real life stories to motivate my class.
