With extensive training at elite institutions including Trinity Laban Conservatoire of Music and Dance and the Northern School of Contemporary Dance, I bring world-class expertise and a performer’s insight to every lesson.
My career as a dancer was cut short by persistent injuries and health challenges, forcing me to step away from the stage. Yet this experience has only deepened my passion and sharpened my understanding of safe, sustainable training techniques.
