About Uma
I am an Accounting and Audit Professional with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (graduating with an 82% score) and am currently pursuing my ACCA qualification. Over the past four years, I have worked extensively across corporate accounting, Indian taxation, and US GAAP compliance. This deep practical experience allows me to bring real-world clarity into the classroom. Teaching has always been a passion of mine. I believe that accountancy is a highly logical subject that becomes incredibly easy once you master the foundational principles of debit and credit. Having maintained an excellent academic record myself, including a 90.2% score in my higher secondary board exams, I know exactly what it takes to structure answers, avoid silly mistakes, and score maximum marks. I am patient, highly approachable, and dedicated to helping students build the confidence they need to excel in their commerce journey.
