As I said, I like to give back to the community.
I have a very simple 3 way approach:
1. To understand the students present situation, where they are, what they want, find out their pain point areas to cater their needs with value.
2. I like to keep the sessions very interactive, engaging with different set of real life examples, teachings that connects with what they are looking for.
3. Here we ask questions, are we on the same page? If, not where are we lacking, Okay, let's start again to make it more engaging.
