My teaching approach blends theory with hands-on experience, aiming to make psychology practical and relatable. I use real-life examples, reflective exercises, and open discussions to help students connect deeply with the subject. Classes usually begin with a brief recap, followed by interactive learning using case studies, role plays, and group activities. I adapt my methods based on the learners' pace and needs.

These sessions are ideal for psychology students at the college level, early-career practitioners, or anyone curious about mental health and counselling basics.
