About Helena
I am newly qualified counsellor. I have been counselling various people in different backgrounds for the last year. I work integratively and use a variety of skills, theories and approaches to aid personal growth and promote positive mental health wellbeing.

My teaching method is client led. So I work with the client to set out aims, objectives and goals on what they want to achieve and work collaboratively with them to obtain these goals. I use a variety of activities to aid the sessions also.
