About Liesha
I am a student looking to pursue a career in teaching. Since completing my GCSE and A-Level, I have been committed to helping students that struggle with school and examinations get the best grades possible to secure a better future for themselves. I know that it is not always easy possible to get 1:1 support at school due to a large number of students. However, I am committed to spending each lesson making progress, no matter how big or small that is.

My lessons will be 60 minutes typically, usually no less than 50 minutes. I will usually begin by going through any previouswork produced by the student, e.g. essays from school, previous homework, tests and grades. I will then work with the student to find the key points for improvement and lay out a plan, in regards with the examination board and curriculum, and resources to improve the students grades by at least two - i.e. if my student comes with a grade 3, I will get them up to a 5.
I have tutored previously for a range of ages and school years from year 1 to year 8, specifically during lockdown in 2020. At the moment I will only be offering tutoring services for students in years 7 - 11.
