What sets me apart as a graduate teacher is my authentic professional experience as an artist, I bring real-world artistic knowledge into the classroom. This professional background allows me to connect curriculum content to contemporary art practices and career pathways, making learning relevant and inspiring for students. I believe in the importance of patience, adaptability, and building trust with students in order for them to reach their full potentials. I modify my teaching strategies to engage students meaningfully, using art as a powerful tool for self-expression and the development of key art skills.
