About Nadia
I have had groups of children and women of creative dance. For me, what I have achieved is that they open up to their bodies, to enjoy music and movement. To create and break own patterns from personal searches. To interact with the other without feeling ashamed or feeling strange or observed. In a few words to create a space time to enjoy and celebrate that we are alive and have body, mind and soul.

I am a student of professional dance, I teach dance classes with technique, but without forgetting that we dance to have fun. There is a lot of room in my classes for fun and creation, but we are also going to give the body and the mind its necessary dose of toning. We will play techniques of contemporary, ballet, afro, salsa, belly dance, barre a terre, to feel more and more our body and awaken the mind.
