About Rose
Hi! I'm Rose. I'm currently in full time contemporary dance training in Ireland , where I get to explore many different dance techniques (ballet, cunningham, aerial dance, flamenco, hip hop, flying low) and choreographic skills (improvisation, devising, composition, performance). I have experience working in community settings and with young people. I am interested in helping students to understand their own movement so that they gain confidence in their ability to create choreography.

Hello! I am currently in contemporary dance training so this would be the foundation of my practice. I am also taking a training course in Inclusive dance practice working alongside dancers who are differently abled. I have a strong interest in developing an individualised learning plan for each student. I'd like to chat first and find out what you are looking for in your dance lesson. Lessons would involve elements such as warm up, technical and conditioning exercises, learning choreography, improvisation, making your own dance, cool down, QnA troubleshooting personal challenges.
