About Daniel
I have more than 7 years of experience teaching piano to college students and am passionate about helping them achieve their musical goals. My teaching approach is interactive and student-focused, adapting lessons to each learner’s needs. I emphasise strong fundamentals including technique, rhythm, sight-reading, and music theory.
To make lessons enjoyable, I use innovative methods like improvisation, creative practice strategies, and modern music arrangements. I also help students build confidence in performance and musical expression. My goal is to make piano learning enjoyable, meaningful, and rewarding for every student.

My piano teaching methodology is creative, student-centred, and supportive. I aim to mentor students while helping them grow into independent and confident musicians.
Creativity is central to my lessons. Students explore songs they enjoy, practise improvisation, and participate in interactive exercises. This keeps learning engaging, fun, and inspiring.
As a critical thinker, I guide students to understand rhythm, scales, chords, hand coordination, and musical expression. Complex concepts are simplified so students can learn efficiently and improve steadily.
Accountability is emphasised through goal setting, structured practice routines, and regular feedback. This helps students stay disciplined, motivated, and responsible for their learning.
Along with piano, I teach music theory, sight reading, ear training, rhythm exercises, keyboard basics, and basic composition to strengthen overall musical skills.
