About Roy
I graduated with a 1st class degree in Creative Writing from the University of Wales.
I have taught English to children aged 3-15 in China, as well as tutoring both in the UK and abroad.
I have experience learning languages and speak Chinese (Mandarin) and Japanese.

I prefer working with younger children using a key skills based approach, working from the fundamentals so that students have a good foundation to work from and actually understand the concepts they are being asked to use, instead of simply learning by rote.
