About Gabriel
I am a student at California School of the Arts, where I have been studying creative writing for almost four years. In fall of 2022, I will be attending NYU for Dramatic Writing, in hopes of becoming a screenwriter. I thouroughly enjoy both creative and analytical writing, and want to inspire that passion in other students.

As a tutor focusing on language, I find that often examples and discussions work the best for incorporating different literary ideas into one's own work or interpretive lexicon. Most lessons would consist of analyzing an existing work to practice critical thinking skills or find inspiration, depending on the focus of the student. I also find that giving feedback and revisions on a student's work helps them to increase the quality and analysis of their own pieces. My lessons are focused on high school students and younger, especially those interested in practicing their creative writing skills.
