- May 2019 – Today London-based freelance reporter covering the Middle East, in particular Iraq and Syria.
- May 2018 – May 2019 Jerusalem-based correspondent covering both Israel and the Palestinian Territory. Also occasionally covering other Middle Eastern countries such as Syria, Iraq, Kuwait, Lebanon, and Jordan.
- June 2015 – May 2018 Correspondent in Erbil, Iraq, covering the war against the Islamic State group. In nearly three years I worked with over 30 news outlets, including AFP, TV5, Arte, Haaretz, The Telegraph, The National, RFI, Radio France, and Al Jazeera English.
- July 2016 Assistant TV producer for a CNN documentary in Brussels (with CNN's chief international correspondent Clarrisa Ward).
- March – June 2015 Internship at the French-Language Lebanese daily L’Orient-Le Jour in Beirut.
- February 2015 Internship at the Agence France-Presse(AFP) MENA regional office in Nicosia.
- Regularly giving conferences and courses in high schools and universities across France and Belgium about conflict reporting, media literacy, and Middle eastern contemporary history.
