About Stacey
I have been teaching for the last 15 years with hundreds of students. I've taught private in-home cooking lessons, and I was also a culinary arts instructor at a high school. I've taught everything from basic knife skills, food safety and sanitation, basic culinary terms, to advanced items such as bread baking, various cooking methods, international cuisine, etc.... Quite a few of my students have gone on to pursue a career in culinary arts by either going to culinary school or working in the restaurant business.
