About Aliesha
I am 42 years old; I love dancing and am keen to teach what I know and provide feedback constructively. I am also a part-time cleaner and will finish my degree in Dance in 3 years. It is never too late to start dancing.

Student Centered focus understanding physical fitness levels, confidence and learning style. As well as progressive skills building such as clear achievable steps and build complexity gradually. And introduce foundation movements and reinforce through repetition and variation. Using improvisation so the students can use creative exploration and provide feedback.
