About Mallory
I helped run and operate a student-led online tutoring program during the start of the COVID pandemic in 2020, in which my colleagues and I connected upwards of 100 students to peer tutors in all subjects. I have experience tutoring elementary-age students in Reading & Writing Comprehension, and worked as a trained writing advisor at the Center for Writing Across the Curriculum at Saint Mary's College of California for undergraduate and master's level students. I have also conducted private college admission advising sessions. Some schools my students received admission at include Stanford University and University of California, Irvine. Currently, I am working on publishing my thesis from a critical theory course on diaspora as a form of autonomy and liberation from patriarchal and colonial authority.
