About Ryann
In grad school I am studying Interactive Telecommunications, or engineering school for artists and art school for engineers. I am a founder of a creative and educational technology nonprofit that brings local first AI tutors to schools. I have a patent on AI tutors. These local tools are more efficient and do not harvest sensitive and illegal educational data for children under the age of thirteen. On top of this I have written a critical framework and pedagogy for teaching and learning when AI is baked into everything now. I’m very interested in the intersection of the humanities and technology. As I study and create my invention, I’d love to gain more knowledge on what it means to be a tutor and educator.

Levity! I like to make sure we’re having fun while we’re learning. My favorite discipline of philosophy is epistemology. I call myself a radical optimist. I like to employ levity in all things I do to make life a little more enjoyable. Of course, I know how to stay on task while doing so.
