About Tyler
I am a current high school Career-Based Intervention (CBI) teacher with real-world experience helping students prepare for life after high school. I work closely with students to build career readiness, financial literacy, and professional skills that translate directly to college, the workforce, and skilled trades. Before teaching, I worked in industry and understand what employers actually expect from young adults. I bring that real-world perspective into every session, helping students connect school skills to real-life outcomes. My approach is structured, supportive, and goal-driven. I set clear expectations, track progress, and focus on measurable improvement so students and families can see results. I take pride in helping students build confidence, independence, and direction for their future.

I help students develop practical, real-world skills such as resume writing, interview preparation, workplace professionalism, budgeting, saving, understanding paychecks, and planning for life after high school. Whether a student is college-bound, entering the workforce, or pursuing a skilled trade, I tailor each session to their specific goals.
