About Luca
I hold a First Class Degree in Law alongside a Distinction in the Bachelor of Civil Law, both from the University of Oxford, where I received multiple academic prizes. Currently, I am a law teacher at Brasenose College, Oxford. I also hold a pupillage at Twenty Essex Chambers in London, which specialises in commercial and public international law.
Last year, I spent a year at Harvard University on a full scholarship (the Henry Fellowship), where I coached the University's Jessup moot team to victory in the largest ever U.S. National Rounds. This builds on my extensive mooting experience, where I ranked as the best speaker in the world in the Nelson Mandela Human Rights Moot and the second-best speaker out of 537 participants in the Jessup Moot. I am therefore well-equipped to support students interested in mooting, which is particularly relevant to those hoping to practise at the Bar.

My lessons are tailored to each student’s goals, with a focus on developing genuine understanding, strong legal reasoning and effective exam technique.
I currently teach tort law at the University of Oxford, but I am happy to teach all of the core subjects, as well as specialist subjects such as public international law and the Conflict of Laws.
My lessons typically last 50 minutes and are designed for undergraduate and graduate law students looking to push themselves.
