About Willem
Hi there! My name is Willem and I am a 25-year-old UCT student from the Netherlands. I moved to South Africa in 2022 and have completed a BCom in Tourism Management prior to my studies at UCT. As an economics student, I have seen a lot of people initially struggling with the concepts of economics and experience high levels of stress. Therefore, I offer my help to get past these obstacles and create a sufficient basis of understanding for starting students.

Our lessons about microeconomics will include explaining theory in a simple manner and practicing examples so the theory is applied. I believe that practice is the most effective way of learning. My lessons are aimed at people who have little to no experience in economics as a subject and help provide the necessary foundation.
